Brooks Wallace Award Player of the Week(Nation’s Most Outstanding Shortstop)

Camden Kozeal, SS/2B, Junior, Arkansas, Omaha, Nebraska

Kozeal capped an improbable Arkansas comeback in Saturday's series-clinching 3-2 win over South Carolina with the go-ahead RBI in the top of the 10th inning. He also opened the scoring in Friday's 22-6 rout over the Gamecocks, while slugging his seventh home run on the season. He strung together a solid week batting .444 (8-18) with two doubles, one home run, and 8 RBI. He was patient at the plate with five walks and two hit-by-pitches. In the field, he helped turn three double plays while playing error free.

Buster Posey National Collegiate Catcher of the Week

Lucas Pringle, C, Graduate, Charleston Southern, Shawnee, Kansas

Pringle helped lead Charleston Southern to a 3-1 week, highlighted by a Big South Conference series win over Gardner-Webb. He recorded multiple hits in all four games, batting .529 (9-for-17) with a double, a home run, four RBI, and seven runs scored. Remarkably, he entered the week with just four hits on the season. Defensively, he threw out one base stealer in three attempts and was perfect behind the plate in 26 chances. His three-run homer in the series opener against Gardner-Webb - his second of the season - gave the Bucs a 5-3 lead they never surrendered.

John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Week Award

Jeremy Cheeseman, 1B/RHP, Senior, Farleigh Dickinson, Marlton, New Jersey

Cheeseman helped lead FDU to a 5-0 week and run its winning streak to eight straight following a sweep of New Haven in Northeast Conference play. He earned his first win of the season after logging a quality start against New Haven with four strikeouts in 6.0 innings. At the plate, he hit .538 with seven hits, four home runs, 8 RBI and 8 runs scored while tacking on a pair of steals. He has four two home run games on the season including two against St. Peter’s and New Haven last week.

National Pitcher of the Week

Tyler Fay, RHP, RS-Junior, Alabama, Doniphan, Nebraska

Fay delivered one of the greatest outings in Alabama history, tossing a complete-game no-hitter, the ninth in program history and the first individual nine-inning no-hitter by a Crimson Tide pitcher since 1942. It was the first Tide no-hitter since 2014 and the first time the Florida Gators had been no-hit since 1963. He struck out a career-high 13 while facing two batters over the minimum by issuing two walks in the 6-0 win. The win spurred the Tide to their first sweep over a ranked Florida team since 1995.
